Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

  • Explain product details, pricing, offers, and customization options

  • Handle billing through POS (cash / card / UPI)

  • Maintain attractive product display and showroom hygiene

  • Coordinate with the stock team for product availability

  • Ensure excellent customer service and repeat walk-ins

Requirements:

  • Basic communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred)

  • Experience in saree, garment, gift, or retail sales is an added advantage

  • Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
