Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable sarees.
Provide styling tips and draping suggestions as per the occasion (weddings, festivals, office wear, etc.).
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of saree types (Banarasi, Kanjivaram, Chiffon, Silk, Linen, etc.).
Explain fabric details, weaving techniques, and craftsmanship to customers.
Stay updated on new arrivals and current fashion trends in sarees.
Sales & Targets:
Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Upsell complementary products (blouses, accessories, fall/pico services, etc.).
Handle billing and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure sarees are properly displayed and neatly arranged.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the saree section.
Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with loyal customers.
Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Maintain a client database and follow up for special promotions or events.
