Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection and inquiries.

• Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions.

• Process sales, take orders, and handle payments accurately.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area and product displays.

• Track inventory levels, manage stock, and assist with restocking.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the store's success. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is often required.

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is beneficial.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer software is helpful.

• A professional and presentable appearance is important.
