Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting sarees based on occasion, fabric, design, and budget.
Demonstrate draping styles when required.
Provide styling suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Promote sarees and related products (blouses, accessories).
Upsell and cross-sell items to increase bill value.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong knowledge of different saree types:
(Silk, Kanjivaram, Banarasi, Cotton, Chiffon, Georgette, Designer Sarees, etc.)
Understand fabrics, weaving techniques, embroidery work, and current trends.
Arrange and organize sarees on shelves/racks aesthetically.
Ensure the store is clean and presentable.
Handle billing and POS systems (if required).
Manage stock, check inventory, and assist in stock-taking.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
Provide after-sales service and follow-up for special orders.
Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Education: Any.
Experience: 1–2 years in apparel or saree sales.
