We offer a range of fashion jewellery and accessories, including AD, Kundan, Meenakari, oxidised and Korean-style jewellery, along with other fashion products.

We focus on providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience and helping them find products suited to their preferences and requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our store team.

The role primarily involves customer interaction, product presentation, sales and day-to-day store activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, learning about our products and assisting customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• Display and explain jewellery and accessories

• Explain product prices, offers and basic product information

• Assist with billing and payment collection

• Pack customer purchases

• Arrange and maintain product displays

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store

• Respond to basic customer enquiries through WhatsApp when required

• Assist with regular store activities

• Take reasonable care of products and merchandise

• Support the store in achieving its sales objectives

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A polite and customer-friendly approach

• Willingness to interact with customers

• A neat and professional appearance suitable for a customer-facing role

• Punctuality and a responsible approach to work

• Willingness to learn about jewellery and retail products

• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge

• Interest in fashion, jewellery and retail

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, clothing, cosmetics or sales will be considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Salary & Incentives

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role.

Performance-based incentives may be offered separately based on the company's sales and incentive structure.

Working Days & Timings

Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day per week, generally during the middle of the week.

Saturday and Sunday are working days.

Candidates should be comfortable with the above working schedule, including weekend work.
