Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with jewellery selection.

Provide detailed product information, including pricing, metal quality, and gemstone details.

Maintain a clean, attractive, and organised display counter.

Build customer trust and ensure a high level of satisfaction through professional service.

Maintain daily sales records and update stock information.

Handle billing and basic documentation.

Follow store policies and security procedures during transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in jewellery sales or a similar retail environment.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.

Basic knowledge of gold, silver, or diamond jewellery will be preferred.

Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
