Sales Staff (In Shop)

Key Responsibilities:

§  Greet and attend to customers promptly and politely

§  Provide information on food products, offers, and pricing

§  Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the counter and surrounding area

§  Restock shelves and counters as required

§  Ensure all products are fresh and properly labelled

§  Handle customer queries or complaints professionally

§  Report daily sales and stock shortages to the Supervisor / Sales Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

§  Minimum 10th or 12th pass (educational requirement may vary)

§  Prior experience in retail or food counter sales preferred

§  Basic knowledge of food products (eg. Fruit Juices)

§  Good communication and customer service skills

§  Basic math skills for handling cash and stock

§  Pleasant personality and team-oriented attitude

Work Environment:

§  Indoor work at retail outlets, food counters, supermarkets or stores

§  May require standing for long hours
