Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and resolving complaints.
Sales Generation: Actively upselling/cross-selling products, promoting special offers, and achieving personal/team sales targets.
Store Operations:
Processing cash/card payments accurately, handling returns, stocking shelves, and creating product displays.
Inventory & Maintenance: Restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe store environment.
