Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Guide customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses based on their prescriptions, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing display of frames and inventory.
Handle sales transactions, billing, and customer inquiries with high attention to detail.
Actively learn about new optical products, lens coatings, and brand offerings to better educate customers.
