Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Promoter to promote and sell fresh fruits and vegetables at our mall counter. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to attract customers while ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assist in selecting fresh fruits & vegetables, and promote daily offers.

• Maintain proper display and arrangement of products to attract buyers.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.

• Weigh, pack, and price products accurately.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Process payments via cash or digital modes (if required).

• Achieve daily sales targets and encourage repeat customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (preferred).

• Prior experience in retail sales, FMCG, or fresh produce is a plus.

• Good communication skills in local language & basic English/Hindi.

• Friendly, energetic, and willing to work in a mall environment.

• Ability to stand for long hours and handle cash transactions.

Work Timings:

• Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening) including weekends.
