Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products at the URC/canteen.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and benefits to customers.
Maintain proper product display, visibility, and merchandising.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Monitor daily sales and maintain accurate sales records.
Check stock availability and inform the concerned person about low/out-of-stock items.
Coordinate with URC staff for stock placement and smooth sales operations.
Track competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the sales area.
Support promotional activities, gifting schemes, and sales campaigns.
Follow up on pending orders, replacements, and customer requirements.
Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the supervisor.
Build good relationships with URC staff and customers to improve sales.
Main Goal:
To increase product sales in the assigned URC by ensuring strong product visibility, customer engagement, proper stock coordination, and regular sales follow-up.
