बिक्री एवं प्रचार: ग्राहकों को बिक्री के बारे में सूचित करें, डिस्प्ले लगाएं, अपसेलिंग तकनीकों का उपयोग करें और बिक्री लक्ष्यों की दिशा में काम करें।
मर्चेंडाइजिंग: शेल्फों पर सामान लगाना, इन्वेंट्री को व्यवस्थित करना, उत्पाद डिस्प्ले को बनाए रखना और साफ-सफाई सुनिश्चित करना।
संचालन: माल की प्राप्ति और प्रसंस्करण, इन्वेंट्री प्रबंधन, मूल्य लेखापरीक्षा करना और स्टोर को साफ-सुथरा रखना।
टीमवर्क: स्टोर के सुचारू संचालन और ग्राहकों के सकारात्मक अनुभव को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सहकर्मियों के साथ सहयोग करें।
