Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing WhatsApp Business and dealing with customer enquiries.

2. Telecalling and cold calling activities.

3. Calling and following up with B2B and B2C customers.

4. Handling enquiries received through Instagram and other social media platforms.

5. Managing after-sales services in terms of warranty and claims and customer support

6. Managing couriers and dispatch coordination.

7. Handling online platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and similar portals.

8. Maintaining customer records and ensuring timely follow-ups.

9. Carrying out all sales-related work and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

10. Handling Dispatch of parcels
