Key Responsibilities
📞 Lead Management & Parent Communication
Parent Consultation: Receive incoming inquiries and place outgoing calls to prospective parents to understand their child's academic requirements and learning needs.

Service Explanation: Clearly explain our home tuition model, tutor qualifications, fee structures, and personalized approach.

Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails with prospective parents to resolve their doubts and build trust.

📝• Enrollment & Onboarding•
Form Filling Assistance: Assist parents step-by-step in completing the digital enrollment forms accurately.

Kit Delivery: Share the digital enrollment kit, welcome pack, and terms & conditions with newly enrolled families.

Payment Guidance: Guide parents through fee payment processes, confirming registration, and sharing receipts.

📋• Data & Pipeline Management•
CRM / Database Tracking: Accurately update parent details, call logs, interaction history, and lead status in our records/sheets.

Coordination: Hand off finalized enrollment details to the tutor-matching team to ensure a seamless setup for the family.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or academic counseling (experience in the education/ed-tech sector is a plus).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.

Interpersonal Skills: Warm, polite, persuasive, and empathetic attitude while speaking with parents.

Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email etiquette, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and online form tools.
