Sales Staff (In Shop)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused sales staff to join our readymade garment store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (men’s, women’s, and kidswear).

• Provide detailed information on product features, sizes, fabrics, and offers.

• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS transactions accurately.

• Maintain proper display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness in the store.

• Ensure trial rooms are clean and assist customers during fittings.

• Update knowledge of ongoing discounts, promotions, and new arrivals.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns as per store policy.

• Work as a team to ensure smooth store operations.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
