Sales Staff (In Shop)

We CHANGE Stores are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and fashion-conscious individuals to join our team as Sales Staff in our readymade garment store. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

• Provide information about garment features, sizes, and prices.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store and displays.

• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing racks.

• Process cash, card, and other payments accurately using POS systems.

• Help with inventory counts and stock management.

• Tag, fold, and arrange garments properly on shelves and mannequins.

• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge.

• Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
