Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of fashion trends. Prior experience in retail is preferred but freshers are also welcome. A minimum qualification of 10th pass is required, and familiarity with the local language is essential. The role involves working in shifts and requires a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
