Sales Manager_Personal Loan_0412_7676_1090724 Job Description – Sales Manager (Salaried Personal Loans) Role Title: Sales Manager – Salaried Personal Loans (SPL) Department: Retail Assets / Personal Loans Location: As per business requirement Key Responsibilities Drive sourcing and acquisition of Salaried Personal Loan customers through open market channels, connectors, DSAs, corporates, and referral networks. Achieve monthly and annual business targets for loan disbursement, revenue, and productivity. Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and influencers to generate quality leads. Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility norms, pricing, and documentation requirements. Ensure end-to-end processing of loan applications, coordinating with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for quick turnaround. Monitor pipeline management, login-to-disbursement conversion, and portfolio quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during sourcing and onboarding. Track competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market share. Maintain accurate MIS and business reports.
