Head Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Head Manager to oversee daily operations, handle billing, manage client interactions, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle billing and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage client bookings and ensure timely coordination for all appointments and deliveries.
• Communicate with clients via calls and messages, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Oversee outstation deliveries and ensure proper tracking and timely dispatch.
• Manage dry cleaning processes and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Take care of miscellaneous administrative tasks related to daily studio operations.
• Supervise the staff team, monitor attendance, and handle salary management.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain an organized workspace.
• Report directly to the management with regular updates on workflow and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in operations, administration, or client management (preferably in a studio, retail, or service-based business).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of billing software or Excel.
• Leadership qualities and team management experience.
