Job Description

Lead-Sales & Operations Function India BU Pay Band M3 to M5 Role Lead-Sales & Operations A purpose driven role for you To lead the strategic scale-up of the merchandise business by driving integrated sales and operations planning, optimizing multi-channel retail performance (online and offline), and establishing a robust long-term growth roadmap. This role involves building strategic partnerships with ECOM players and dealerships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver an exponential retail sales growth year on year A Day in the life Omnichannel Sales Management Manage target setting and performance for E-commerce and Dealerships. Review and drive sales KPIs and ensuring on target delivery by engaging effectively with regional sales teams of respective BU Business Scaling & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic business plan to grow merchandise sales exponentially year on year. Build a solid Distribution expansion plan to deliver on the organisational expectations S&OP Leadership: Lead S&OP meetings, business reviews, and trading calls to align supply with demand and ensure operational efficiency E-commerce Ecosystem Development: Finalize the e-com business model and oversee the on-boarding and management of key e-commerce partners.
