Job Summary:
The Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting jewellery products, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Promote new collections, schemes, and ongoing offers.
Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when required.
Product Knowledge
Maintain thorough knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
Stay updated on pricing, collections, promotions, and market trends.
Explain product features, benefits, and care instructions to customers.
Showroom Operations
Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Support stock verification and inventory management activities.
Follow security and safety procedures while handling jewellery items.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Adhere to company policies and showroom procedures.
Assist management during audits and stock checks.
Required Qualifications:
Higher Secondary / Any Bachelor's Degree.
Retail sales training or certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
0 to 5 years of experience in Retail Sales, Jewellery Sales, or Customer Service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
