Position: Sales Consultant (Built-in)
Location: Bangalore – Multiple LFR Stores
Industry: Home Appliances / Kitchen Appliances
Experience: 1–4 years in retail sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Sales Consultant for built-in kitchen appliances across assigned LFR stores in Bangalore.

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their kitchen/appliance requirements.

• Explain and demonstrate built-in products such as built-in hobs, chimneys, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances.

• Provide product comparisons, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets across LFR stores.

• Generate leads from store walk-ins and convert enquiries into sales.

• Build strong relationships with store staff, promoters, and customers.

• Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at the assigned stores.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and promotional activities.

• Maintain daily sales reports and share store-wise sales updates with the reporting manager.

• Follow up with customers and coordinate with the relevant teams until order closure/delivery.

• Travel between assigned LFR stores across Bangalore as required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented approach.

• Good knowledge of kitchen/home appliances is preferred.

Key LFR Experience to Look For While Hiring:
Candidates with experience in Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Pai International, Girias, HomeTown, or similar large-format retail stores can be relevant, particularly if they have handled built-in appliances/kitchen appliances.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
