Responsibilities
Manage daily cafe operations and ensure excellent customer service
Oversee food and beverage preparation, quality, and presentation
Hire, train, and supervise cafe staff
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to ensure stock levels
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage cash handling and financial transactions
