We’re reshaping how modern, premium jewelry is discovered and experienced. As we gear up
for our next phase of growth—including offline expansion and a stronger omnichannel
presence—we’re looking for a Store Manager to join our our team into its most exciting chapter
yet.
We’re looking for a dynamic, style-savvy Sales Associate to lead our Jio World Drive Retail
Pop-Up. This is a high-visibility retail space, and we want someone who blends operational
excellence with great customer experience and a deep love for jewelry and fashion. You will
play a crucial role in shaping a positive shopping experience for customers, motivating and
leading the team, and driving the store’s success.
Role Purpose:
Our sales associates are like stylists, you are the first point of contact for our
customers and first impressions are everything. You will create a warm and inviting experience
for our customers that feels just like shopping with your best friend. As a stylist, you are
up-to-date on current fashion trends and have the ability to educate our customers on our
products and also inspire them to try new things. You are a role model of brand vision
and values both with your team and with every customer you meet.
What You’ll Do?
Deliver best-in-class customer service through curating personalized styling experiences
and providing thorough product knowledge.
Drive the business through delivering sales and meeting performance metrics including
sales per hour, conversion percentage and revenue to target.
Educate our customer on the brand story and stay informed and knowledgeable on
all of our products, latest launches and specialized services.
Work on a team of motivated and collaborative people who are unified by our corporate
mission.

Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy and diligence
Support in executing all OMNI business services including purchases, returns,
exchanges, phone sales, online to offline purchases and vice versa
Support in maintaining store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of
visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts
Participate in the continuous improvement to drive the business forward through
identifying any areas of opportunity within our store operations and bringing forward
potential solutions.
