Job Description

Ambika Enterprises – Keramruth is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly employee to handle shop sales, customer service, and billing operations. The candidate should be confident in interacting with customers, explaining products, and managing billing software efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Explain Keramruth products and their benefits.
Generate bills and invoices using billing software.
Handle cash, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Maintain stock records and inventory.
Ensure the shop is clean and well-organized.
Follow up with customers when required.
Support daily sales and business growth.

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to operate billing software.
Good communication skills in Kannada.
Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Qualification

10th pass or puc completed preferred.
Experience in sales, retail, or billing is an added advantage.
Freshers can also apply.
