Key Responsibilities:
Visit 2 stores daily as per the allocated patch.
Travel to outstation locations for new store openings and training delivery.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops and learning programs.
Communicate with trainers, store managers, and employees regarding training Logistics.
Maintain and regularly update training attendance and records.
Support the creation, printing and distribution of training materials.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and collecting feedback.
Manage training calendars and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensure smooth onboarding training for new employees.
Track and report training metrics, completions and compliance status.
Qualification & Experience:
HSC or higher education (Graduate preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a training support or coordination role.
Exposure to training logistics, content delivery support and feedback collection.
Experience in maintaining training records and generating reports.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with trainers, employees and management.
Well-organized with the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple training programs efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace, with working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate training records and reports.
Adaptable and proactive in handling changing priorities, last-minute updates and training-related issues.
