Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery pieces, with a focus on Polki and Diamond collections.

• Deliver personalized service and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including cut, clarity, carat, setting, and traditional designs.

• Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion.

• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom and merchandise.

• Collaborate with the inventory team for stock management and product availability.

• Keep updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Provide feedback to the merchandising team regarding customer preferences and sales trends.

• Participate in exhibitions, events, and client appointments when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–7 years of experience in luxury jewellery sales, particularly in Polki and Diamond.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and local language.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Passion for jewellery, fashion, and customer service.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and high-net-worth clients.
