Job Overview:

We are looking for an Executive – Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a 12th pass with basic computer skills and the ability to read and understand simple documents. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational tasks as assigned.

• Maintain and update basic records/data entry.

• Ensure proper handling of documents and reports.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for task updates.

• Follow operational processes and company guidelines.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Assist in basic computer-based tasks like updating spreadsheets, documentation, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass qualification.

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, MS Word, Email usage).

• Ability to work on a 10-hour shift.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

• Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Prior experience in an operational or data-entry role will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
