Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to manage & drive performance across Nyassa's premium retail network in Mumbai. Responsible for managing, training, motivating, in- store promoters at high end airport locations. The role carries performance linked incentives & offers growth for higher retail leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise & manage promoters across premium retail & airport locations.
2. Conduct regular store visits in Mumbai & other locations.
3. Set & monitor sales targets, KPIs, promotor productivity.
4. Conduct monthly product & selling skills training sessions.
5. Analysing sales data and performance.
6. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
7. Motivate and coach promoters to improve selling skills & customer engagement.
8. Training teams on product knowledge, selling skills, customer interaction, new product launches.
9. Identify trends, gaps, opportunities and report actionable insights to the Business Head.
10. Coordinate with promoters & internal teams to ensure that timely rising of SOs, POs, billing & invoicing. Also follow up on discrepancies and ensure operational smoothness at store level.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
