We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to join our team at Knya Enterprise Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
Overseeing the store's operations, allocating responsibilities, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Supervising and guiding staff to maximize performance.
Ensuring the store complies with all legal health and safety guidelines.
Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or display.
Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts.
Dealing with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
Reporting to senior management on progress and issues.
Monitoring stock levels and purchases to ensure they stay within budget.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 2 - 6 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures and Loss prevention Strategies.
