The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Incharge to manage our showroom operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, driving walk-in sales, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in representing the Kottanz brand and creating memorable customer experiences.

What You'll Own
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and drive sales through excellent customer service.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a delightful shopping experience.
• Maintain daily sales and inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support promotional campaigns and festive sales initiatives.

What We're Looking For
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Showroom Management, or Store Operations. • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil will be an added advantage.
• A warm, well-groomed, and professional personality with a positive attitude.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, billing, and store operations.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail billing/POS systems will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail showroom operations.
• A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability.
