Retail Sales Officer

Job Summary

The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, promoting and selling prefab products such as portable cabins, site offices, labour huts, security cabins, and modular structures, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and sales enquiries professionally

• Explain Tradewill Prefab products, features, and benefits to customers

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable prefab solutions

• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets

• Prepare quotations, assist in pricing, and support basic negotiations

• Coordinate billing and documentation processes

• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders

• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and delivery schedules

• Handle customer complaints and queries politely and effectively

• Prepare daily sales reports and share feedback with the Sales Manager

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and workplace discipline

Skills Required

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Good customer handling and negotiation ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, quotation preparation)

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Team player with a positive attitude

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
