Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officers (RSO) to join our team at Tanishq. The candidate will be responsible for driving store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand’s premium retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a premium buying experience

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue

• Maintain product knowledge of all collections and offers

• Ensure store displays are maintained as per brand standards

• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven with a customer-first approach

• Presentable and well-groomed personality

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
