Job Description:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the Jewellery Format. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our jewellery products to customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets

It will be 45 days of Internship.
