Job Description: Here's an opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious Tata Brand as a Retail Sales Officer(RSO). The RSO has to welcome the customer visiting the retail showroom, understand customer requirement and recommend Jewellery accordingly.
The RSO has to focus and achieve various Sale Metrics & Retail Metrics. The RSO has to take part in Customer engagement activities as also various Below The Line activities. The RSO has to participate in regular training sessions organized by Brand and implement this in their customer transaction.
The required candidate must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Retail industry. The RSO must be pleasant, customer-centric and result oriented. The RSO must be fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi with good communication skill and must be a good team player.
Presenting and selling of products/services using excellent communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
Up-selling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups.
Continuously improve through feedback
Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
