Retail Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry designs and collections.

• Explain product details, purity, pricing, and offers to customers clearly.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.

• Handle billing, payment processes, and ensure smooth customer transactions.

• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

• Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and store activities.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle sales targets and pressure.

• Team player with good product presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of jewelry/retail industry (preferred).

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or Graduate (any discipline).

• Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in retail sales/jewelry sales.
