Visit IDFC First Bank branches and generate leads.

Meet customers, explain loan options, and collect documents.

Handle loan processing from login to disbursement and payment follow-ups.

Onboard and manage relationships with new & used car dealers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain basic MIS/compliance.

Eligibility:

Graduate (mandatory).

Freshers or experienced in BFSI/auto loan/field sales can apply.

Good communication and willingness for field travel.

Two-wheeler preferred.

$ Incentives: Capped performance-based incentives with extra rewards on target achievement.
