Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their preferences and needs.

  • Sales & Upselling: Provide detailed product information, suggest complementary pieces, and drive sales to meet store targets.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery collections, materials, pricing, and promotions.

  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing by arranging displays and restocking merchandise.

  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain proper documentation.

  • Security Awareness: Follow store security procedures to protect valuable inventory and prevent loss.

  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing a personalized shopping experience and offering after-sales service.

  • Stock Management: Assist in inventory checks, receiving shipments, and reporting stock discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.

  • Passion for jewellery and fashion trends.

  • Basic computer skills for operating POS systems and handling customer records.

  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Smart & Presentable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in jewellery sales or a related luxury retail environment.

  • Knowledge of different gemstones, metals, and jewellery craftsmanship preferred

  • Should be able to speak minimum languages: English, Tamil
