Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth day-to-day cinema operations.
Supervise floor staff and manage shift duties.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Ensure auditoriums are clean and ready before every show.
Coordinate with Box Office, F&B, Projection, and Housekeeping teams.
Support ticket and F&B sales through upselling.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Assist with cash handling and report any discrepancies.
