🏢 Position: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)
📍 Location: Bangalore
👩 Gender: Female
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate
💼 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🕐 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
📅 Week Off: Sunday
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Assist with billing and basic store operations when required.
Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
🔹 Required Skills:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic sales and retail knowledge.
Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
⭐ Preferred:
Retail sales experience will be an advantage.
Jewellery retail experience is an added advantage.
