🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile phones or accessories.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

• Handle sales transactions and billing processes.

• Maintain updated knowledge of the latest mobile models and accessories.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Organize and maintain product displays in the store.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

• Support stock management and inventory checks.

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in mobile or accessories sales is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and close sales.

• Basic understanding of smartphones, features, and trends.

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass.

• Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
