Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers with their needs.

  • Provide detailed information on products, pricing, and promotions.

  • Handle complaints and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

• Store Maintenance & Merchandising:

  • Ensure shelves are stocked and products are displayed attractively.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.

  • Set up promotional displays and signage.

• Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

  • Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock.
