The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and monitoring a team of in-store Apple Sales Promoters. The role focuses on driving sales targets, improving store execution, ensuring promoter productivity, and maintaining strong retailer relationships.
Recruit, train, and manage Apple Sales Promoters.
Assign stores and ensure proper manpower coverage.
Conduct regular store visits and on-ground audits.
Coach promoters on product knowledge, demos, and selling skills.
Drive area-wise and store-wise sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of promoters.
Improve conversion ratio, accessory attach rate, and premium model sales.
Plan local promotions and sales pushes.
Maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
Ensure Apple brand visibility and merchandising standards across stores.
Resolve store-level issues related to stock, promoter behavior, or display.
Conduct regular training on:
Product demonstration
Apple ID creation & data transfer
Customer handling & convincing skills
Ensure promoters deliver high customer satisfaction.
Track promoter attendance, productivity, and DSRs.
Share daily/weekly sales MIS with management.
Analyze gaps and implement corrective actions.
Ensure promoters follow company policies, attendance norms, and store timings.
Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional conduct.

Post Graduate MBA Sales/Marketing Preferred (Fresher) .
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
