Retail Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the retail sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business performance.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create action plans for improvement.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.

• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually merchandised according to company standards.

• Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff performance.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for timely replenishment.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to team members.

• Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.

• Work closely with upper management to align store goals with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

• Solid understanding of retail management, sales techniques, and customer service principles.

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
