Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responsible for the smooth functioning of the store

  • Assist walk in customers with their purchases & upsell products

  • Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods

  • Managing counter sales team, motivating and training them to perform better

  • Conduct marketing and sales promotional activites for business development

  • Inventory management and stock control

  • Manage E Commerce orders from Swiggy, Zomato, etc

  • Handling Cash and Accounts including Daily Sales Report

  • Reporting to Store Incharge

  • Ability to do Opening & Closing of the store

Other Details:

  • Working Time: 2 shifts

  • Morning shift: 07:30 AM – 05:30 PM or 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM

  • Closing shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 12:30 PM – 06:00 PM

  • Working Days: 6 days (1 weekly off between Monday to Thursday)

  • Work location:Dombivli, Thane

  • Interview Location: Worli (Head Office)

  • Other Benefits: Overtime pay, incentives, PF, ESIC
