We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Team Manager to lead our retail sales operations, manage store performance, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, customer conversion, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Drive customer conversions and maximize store sales through effective sales strategies.
Conduct product and installation training sessions for sales staff.
Monitor call audits, Google Business reviews, lead quality, and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Resolve salesman issues and develop effective systems and SOPs for smooth operations.
Manage debtor follow-ups, incentive calculations, documentation, and reporting.
Oversee store operations, inventory management, and availability of marketing materials.
Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and coordinate with management for business growth initiatives.
