Role Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales & Retail Executive to join our retail store team. You’ll be the face of Riderz Planet, helping customers find the right gear, driving sales, and creating an awesome in-store experience for the riding community.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, understand their riding needs, and recommend suitable products

- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive up-selling/cross-selling of riding gear, helmets, jackets, accessories, etc.

- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and ensure the store is visually appealing

- Handle invoicing, POS operations, and manage customer queries/complaints professionally

- Build lasting relationships with customers and the local riding community

- Coordinate with inventory and back-end teams for stock updates

- Stay updated on new products, riding trends, and safety standards

Requirements

- 1-3 years experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive, sports, or lifestyle products

- Passion for motorcycles, riding, or adventure gear is a huge plus

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Target-driven with a positive attitude

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/billing software

- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail schedule
