Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Store Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our electronic appliances retail store. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, staff supervision, inventory management, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning

• Handle sales of electronic appliances and achieve monthly sales targets

• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints

• Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and coordinate with suppliers

• Ensure proper product display, pricing, and store cleanliness

• Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role (preferably in electronic appliances)

• Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills

• Knowledge of electronic products and retail operations

• Ability to manage a team and work independently

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, etc.)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
