Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Faridabad
Industry: Electronic Appliances Store
Store Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our electronic appliances store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronic products

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers

• Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell/cross-sell products

• Maintain product display, stock arrangements, and store cleanliness

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support

• Generate and maintain sales bills and records

• Coordinate with the store manager for stock and orders

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in retail/electronic appliances sales preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Customer-oriented and presentable personality

• Basic knowledge of electronics will be an added advantage

• Ability to work as part of a team
