Generate new B2B leads and manage inquiries through trade platforms, exhibitions, and business networks.
Handle end-to-end export sales cycle — from lead generation, quotation, and negotiation to final order execution.
Prepare and implement region-wise business growth plans to achieve export targets.
Build long-term relationships with importers, wholesalers, and international clients.
Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present product portfolios and proposals.
Manage pricing, margin calculations, and payment terms in coordination with management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the documentation, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order processing.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation (LC, Invoice, BL, COO, FSSAI, Health Certificate, etc.), and destination country requirements.
Manage coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for timely shipments.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in target regions.
Recommend product modifications, packaging, or pricing strategies based on market feedback.
Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote brand ANNKRITI globally.
Maintain monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and export forecasts for management review.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders.
Manage export sales budgets and performance KPIs.
